Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years rewinding and repairing electric motors or equivalent technical training.
- Strong understanding of AC/DC motor theory and winding principles.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Experience using electrical testing equipment and diagnostic tools.
Responsibilities
- Disassemble, inspect, and evaluate motors and rotating equipment for repair.
- Remove damaged windings and prepare components for rewinding.
- Perform winding, insulating, lacing, and varnishing per specifications.
- Interpret schematics and technical drawings; rewind motors to original specs.
