Job summary

Sancrest Llc is seeking an Electrical Technician to install and troubleshoot electrical systems across commercial, industrial, and high-end residential projects. You will read blueprints, install conduit and distribution equipment, and troubleshoot issues to keep projects on schedule.

You will lead assigned project areas, mentor apprentices, and ensure all work follows safe practices. This role requires hands-on leadership and a strong commitment to quality and safety on-site.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and installation practices.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership experience with small crews.
• Commitment to safety and enforcing safe procedures.
• Willingness to mentor apprentices.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and electrical plans.
