• 3 years experience in residential electrical company.

We are looking for a full-time member to be on our team.The primary duties of an **Electrical Install Lead** include managing and performing the installation and upgrade of electrical systems in residential settings. This role combines hands-on electrical work with team leadership and direct customer interaction. The Install Lead is responsible for ensuring all work is compliant and adheres to local codes and safety standards, provide clear and courteous explanations of issues and solutions to clients, and complete detailed service reports. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service.
