Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an experienced Electrical Harness Engineer to design, develop, and integrate rugged harness systems for advanced defense hardware. You will own end-to-end harness wiring, work with suppliers, and ensure EMI/EMC and SWaP considerations meet program needs.

Requires a Bachelor’s in EE or ME, 8+ years in harness design for rugged environments, familiarity with CAN, Ethernet, MIL-STD-1553, and eligibility for US Security Clearance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
8+ years hands-on harness design for rugged environments.
Experience with harness manufacturers for high-reliability products.
End-to-end ownership of wiring and interconnect systems.
Knowledge of CAN, Ethernet, RS-422/232, MIL-STD-1553.
Able to pass US security clearance.
Familiar with MIL-STD requirements.

Responsibilities

Design, fabricate, and integrate harness systems.
Develop harness diagrams and release for production.
Evaluate connectors, back-shells, and cables for environmental requirements.
Support design reviews and drive decisions.
Guide electrical team on system requirements.
Manage multiple projects across stages.
