Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA, is seeking a Lead Wire Harness Design Engineer to own end-to-end electrical harness systems for rugged applications. You will design, fabricate, and integrate harnesses, create block and wire diagrams, and guide production releases while coordinating with mechanical, electrical, and software teams in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in harness design for aerospace or military-grade systems, strong NX Cabling and Capital Harness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years designing rugged harnesses for industrial or aerospace.
• Experience with 3D harness routing and production releases.

Responsibilities

• Lead wire harness design for R&D teams.
• Design, fabricate and integrate harness systems.
• Develop harness diagrams for production release.
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and software teams.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently.
