Job summary

Bergelectric Corp in Denver, CO is seeking an Electrical Foreman to supervise field crews, coordinate installations, and ensure work is performed to Bergelectric standards and project specs. You will collaborate with general contractors, manage schedules, productivity, safety, quality, and materials while upholding company policies.

The ideal candidate has a Journeyman Electrician license and hands-on experience with power systems, lighting, fire protection, data networks, and control panels.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of field experience as a Journeyman Electrician.
• Must hold a current Journeyman Wireman license (if required by state/city/county).
• Demonstrated ability to order and track materials, perform cost projections and develop 'as builts'.
• Strong scheduling, material lead times, product knowledge and installation durations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve productivity objectives by managing and assigning tasks to crew members and maintaining labor logs.
• Establish project goals and monitor success in reaching them.
• Manage purchase orders and ensure materials are received per procedures.
• Adhere to contract document changes and Bergelectric change orders.
• Utilize a prefabrication facility and company installation methods.
• Ensure safety equipment, materials, and tools are onsite for work.
