Job summary

Bergelectric is seeking a Systems Foreman to oversee field crews, monitor productivity, and ensure work adheres to project specifications and Bergelectric standards. You will manage labor, schedules, and material procurement while maintaining safety and quality across low‑voltage systems, including fire alarms and CCTV.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in scheduling and cost control, and proficiency with electrical drawings. A competitive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of field experience as a Systems Journeyman.
• Must hold a current Journeyman Fire Alarm license (NICET II or equivalent where required).
• Knowledge of fire alarm and other low‑voltage systems, including cameras and access control.

Responsibilities

• Manage crew tasks to achieve productivity and maintain a labor tracking log.
• Set project goals and monitor progress toward objectives.
• Order materials and track deliveries, following bulk buy procedures.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with codes and contract documents.
• Maintain accurate as‑builts and communicate with owners, GC, and management.
