Qualifications

• Active journeyman or master electrician license required.
• Associated with Local 68 in Denver or willing to become associated.
• Proficient knowledge of the NEC, local codes and construction safety requirements.
• Experience supervising electrical crews on multimillion-dollar projects.
• Healthcare experience is a huge plus.

Responsibilities

• Relays progress reports to the Workforce Quality and Project Manager and alerts them of issues.
• Oversees the assigned scope, including management of material and labor.
• Enforces high quality and safety standards while supervising electricians.
• Supervises and trains crews on proper installation techniques and best practices.
• Reviews plans, specifications, scope of work, shop drawings, manufacturer cut sheets and samples.
• Keeps the job site orderly and customer-focused at all times.
• Uses company-provided iPad and smartphone to ensure timely completion and exceeding customer expectations.
• Attends training sessions to learn new processes, product knowledge, safety practices and other sessions as determined by leadership.
• Assembles, installs, tests and maintains electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures.
• Other duties as assigned by employer.
