Job summary
Wachter is actively seeking a licensed Electrician to advance to Electrical Project Foreman, responsible for leading field crews across nationwide travel and diverse commercial/industrial projects. You will guide technicians, troubleshoot complex installations, and ensure safety and quality on every job.

Qualifications
- Licensed Electrician with proven lead/foreman experience in commercial/industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of NFPA 70E safety standards and ARC flash PPE.
- Experience interpreting blueprints, site maps, drawings, and one-lines.
Responsibilities
- Lead small crews of 2–8 electricians with daily instruction and coaching.
- Install, layout, troubleshoot electrical systems, switchgear, conduits, and lighting.
- Conduct functional tests, diagnose issues, and update legacy systems.
- Design technical solutions and interpret engineering drawings for pre-installation planning.
- Set up conductors, grounding systems, and manage lighting circuits 120v–480v.
- Provide daily updates to Project Managers, customers, and field teams.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and codes.
