Job summary

Wachter, Inc. is seeking a traveling Foreman Electrician to lead on-site heavy commercial and industrial projects.

You will supervise a crew of 4+ electricians and apprentices, stay hands-on with complex electrical systems, and drive installations under tight deadlines. This long-term opportunity requires a Journeyman Electrician license, industrial experience, and willingness to travel up to 60 hours per week nationwide.

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Electrician License required.
• Experience with industrial/manufacturing systems (24v DC to 480v).
• Ability to lead crews and meet tight deadlines.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus.
• Willing to travel nationwide up to 60 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead heavy commercial projects on industrial sites, managing teams of 4+ electricians/apprentices.
• Perform diverse electrical tasks from small pipe/wire to large-scale installs.
• Read and interpret blueprints, one-lines, and schematics.
• Run/bend conduit and pull/terminate wire in varied environments.
• Operate scissor, boom, and bucket lifts as needed.
• Troubleshoot industrial controls, automation and PLCs.
