Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a General Foreman to oversee planning, scheduling, estimating, and management of industrial construction projects. You will lead a team, direct tasks, and ensure adherence to project guidelines and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years as a Foreman in the Industrial construction industry.
• Engineering or Construction Management Degree preferred.
• Construction background with ability to meet fast-paced schedules and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily work of employees.
• Verifies conformance of finished work product.
• Ensures employees are trained on machines they will operate.
• Responsible for successful completion of all activities.
• Maintain high safety standards across tasks.
• Assist in QA/QC program implementation.
