Job summary

Loenbro, LLC is seeking a General Foreman in Afton, TX to oversee planning, scheduling, estimating and management of industrial construction projects. The selected candidate will lead and coordinate a team, directing their tasks and ensuring adherence to project guidelines and instructions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a foreman, a strong safety mindset, initiative, and solid planning and problem‑solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years as a Foreman in industrial construction.
• Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred.
• Solid construction background.
• Ability to meet fast-paced schedules and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily work of employees.
• Verifies conformance of finished work product.
• Ensures that all employees within the job receive proper training in operating machines they will be using.
• Responsible for the successful completion of all activities.
• Ensure all tasks are completed with the highest level of safety.
• Assist in the implementation of QA/QC programs.
