Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a General Foreman to oversee planning, scheduling, estimating and management of construction projects in Red Oak, TX. The selected candidate will lead a team, directing tasks and ensuring adherence to project guidelines and safety standards.

Minimum qualifications include 5+ years as a foreman in industrial construction, a construction background, and ability to handle fast-paced schedules. OSHA/QA/QC awareness and proficiency with MS Office/Projects are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years as a Foreman in industrial construction.
• Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred.
• Construction background.
• Ability to meet fast-paced, changing schedules and priorities.
• Fabrication shop experience preferred.
• Strong awareness of OSHA requirements, QA/QC, equipment, and practices.
• Microsoft Office and Microsoft Projects proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily work of employees.
• Verifies conformance of finished work product.
• Ensures that all employees within the job receive proper training in operating machines they will be using.
• Responsible for the successful completion of all activities.
• Ensure all tasks are completed with the highest level of safety.
• Assist in the implementation of QA/QC programs.
