Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, installation practices, troubleshooting techniques, and construction methods.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety practices, applicable electrical codes, and industry standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, project plans, specifications, and electrical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical crews and daily field activities to support project schedules, productivity, and quality standards.
• Oversee electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work to ensure accurate and efficient project execution.
• Review project plans, blueprints, specifications, schematics, and work orders and communicate requirements to field personnel.
• Ensure electrical work complies with company policies, safety standards, electrical codes, and project requirements.
• Maintain records, reports, and project documentation related to field activities and progress.
• Promote a safe, organized, and productive jobsite with professional communication.
