The role emphasizes strong leadership, project management, bilingual communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects with digital reporting tools; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of supervisory experience in multifamily residential electrical.
• Strong knowledge of NEC codes and residential electrical systems.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient with project management software and digital reporting tools.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of residential electricians
• Plan and manage multifamily electrical projects from start to finish
• Coordinate scheduling, manpower, materials, and project budgets
• Ensure all work meets NEC codes, quality standards, and regulations
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and site personnel
• Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide technical guidance
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and conduct regular safety meetings
• Manage tools, equipment, and material inventory
• Maintain project documentation including permits, inspections, and work orders
• Identify training needs and support team development
