Enterprise Electrical is seeking a Commercial Foreman to lead field crews on design‑build projects in the Houston, TX area. The role requires coordinating materials, tools, and information on site while directing a team to ensure safe, efficient installations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in commercial electrical work, a Journeyman or Master Electrician license, and strong communication skills. Travel as needed and a focus on quality are essential.

Qualifications

• License: TDLR Journeyman or Master Electrical License required.
• TX ID or DL required.
• Minimum of 3+ years documented field work in commercial industry.
• Able to manage 5 to 30 workers on projects.
• Project size ranging from $10,000K to $15M.
• Willing to travel as needed.
• Punctual, motivated and detail oriented.
• Strong interpersonal skills for fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate work ahead of time to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage each project by ensuring all materials, tools, equipment and job information are on the site.
• Treat clients with respect and foster a partnership environment.
• Investigate and solve issues to install changes efficiently on service tasks.
