Job summary

Accelevation LLC is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead daily electrical work on data center projects in Dallas, TX. You will supervise journeyman electricians and apprentices, coordinate with project teams, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence on site.

The role requires strong leadership, blueprint reading, and in-depth knowledge of electrical codes. Travel up to 75% is expected; a valid journeyman license and driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years as journeyman electrician; 1+ year foreman/lead.
• Strong leadership and team coordination.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Problem-solving, detail-oriented, organized.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Independent workflow management.
• Journeyman license preferred.
• OSHA/NFPA 70E certs are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of journeyman electricians and apprentices.
• Execute electrical tasks per schedules and specs.
• Coordinate with Superintendent and project managers to resolve field conflicts.
• Monitor quality, safety, and code compliance.
• Train, mentor, and support team members.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
• Conduct daily safety and workmanship inspections.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement solutions.
• Enforce company policies, OSHA, NFPA 70E standards.
• Maintain daily labor, material usage, and issues records.
• Report progress and resource needs to Superintendent.
• Respond to urgent outages to minimize downtime.
