Job summary

Accelevation LLC seeks an Electrical Foreman to supervise daily electrical work on data center projects in Dallas, TX, with travel up to 75%. You will ensure safety, productivity, and quality while coordinating with project management and other trades.

The role requires strong leadership, blueprints interpretation, and excellent communication. Expect a fast-paced, safety‑driven environment with opportunities for technical growth and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years as journeyman electrician; at least 1 year in foreman/lead role.
• Experience in data center or similar commercial/industrial environments.
• Valid journeyman license preferred; OSHA/NFPA 70E certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise journeyman electricians and apprentices daily.
• Coordinate tasks per project schedules, plans and specifications.
• Ensure safety, code compliance, and high-quality work.
• Train, mentor, and support team members.
• Maintain daily records of labor, materials, and issues.
• Report progress and needs to the Superintendent.
• Respond to urgent electrical issues to minimize downtime.
