Job summary

Aerotek is hiring Electrical Foremen for a large-scale data center construction project in Southaven, MS. This contract-to-hire role offers top-tier pay, long-term stability, and opportunities for equity.

Lead electrical crews, coordinate daily field activities, read blueprints, and support startup, commissioning, and energization of electrical systems on site. Strong preference for bilingual English/Spanish candidates.

Qualifications

• Previous Electrical Foreman experience required
• State Journeyman Electrician License preferred
• 5+ years of industrial, commercial, mission-critical, or data center construction experience
• Strong experience with 415V and/or 480V electrical systems
• Experience with switchgear, busway, PDU/UPS systems, grounding, and power distribution equipment
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and construction documents
• Medium-voltage experience is a strong plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical crews on a large-scale data center construction project
• Coordinate daily field activities and manpower
• Install and oversee conduit, cable tray, underground duct bank, feeder systems, and power distribution equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and specifications
• Support startup, commissioning, and energization of electrical systems
• Ensure compliance with lockout/tagout and all site safety procedures
• Maintain production schedules, workmanship quality, and crew performance
