Ideal candidates will lead crews, manage field activities, and ensure safety compliance on a high-profile infrastructure build. 5+ years in industrial or data center settings are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial, commercial, mission-critical, or data center construction experience.
• Strong experience with 415V and/or 480V electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and construction documents.
• Ability to lead crews and coordinate daily field activities.
• Willingness to work 70+ hours per week, day or night shifts.
