Job summary

Aerotek is seeking Electrical Foremen to lead crews for a major data center construction project in Houston, TX. The role focuses on LV inside-wireman work, with emphasis on 415 V/480 V systems, switchgear, and grounding, and requires a current journeyman license and several years of relevant experience.

This contract-to-hire position offers competitive pay and per diem benefits. Compensation includes $60–$70/hr, $166/day per diem, and $50k in stock options, with a 6x12 shift schedule and onsite

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of industrial or data-center construction experience.
• State journeyman license.
• Hands-on experience with 415 V and/or 480 V systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews in LV inside-wireman work.
• Install and terminate new electrical infrastructure: conduit, cable tray, underground duct bank, cable, wire, and 480 V building and feeder work.
• Follow lockout/tagout and grounding procedures.
• Support first energization of new 480 V systems.
• Install and commission medium-voltage systems at 12.47 kV, 13.8 kV, and 34.5 kV.
