Atlantic Constructors is seeking a dynamic Electrical Foreman to manage day-to-day operations of crews on assigned electrical projects. You will guide crews to meet budgets and schedules, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years electrical experience in commercial or multifamily construction.
• Ability to supervise and direct a team of 10+ workers daily.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical codes and standards.
• Demonstrated planning and scheduling experience.
• Knowledge of prefab drawings, shop tickets, and QC VDC drawings.
• Ability to read design drawings, guides, specs, and contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise field crew and electrical activities, determining construction methods and materials.
• Coordinate work with different trades and departments to maintain schedule.
• Direct on-site team to ensure work aligns with drawings and specs.
• Perform a wide range of skilled construction tasks as working foreman.
• Serve as liaison with Material Control, Purchasing, QC, testing, and Engineering.
• Resolve construction problems and improve methods; ensure safety program adherence.
• Monitor craft compliance with safety requirements; implement corrective actions.
• Travel to multiple job sites as required.
