Job summary

KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead field operations on mid to large-scale commercial projects in Boca Raton. You will supervise crews, ensure quality installations, and enforce safety standards on site.

You will coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and vendors, read drawings and specs, order materials, and maintain documentation. A Journeyman or Master Electrician license and eight years of electrical field experience are

Qualifications

• Journeyman or Master Electrician license required.
• Minimum four years of formal apprenticeship training.
• Eight years of electrical field experience required.
• CPR, First Aid, OSHA 10, and Hilti certifications required or must be obtained.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills; ability to read drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and assign daily work activities for electrical crews.
• Supervise field personnel and coordinate with project management.
• Ensure installations comply with drawings, specifications and codes.
• Coordinate inspections and report conflicts or deviations.
• Manage materials deliveries, storage, and jobsite safety programs.
• Perform jobsite administrative duties such as timekeeping and cost coding.
• Serve as primary field contact with PMs, GCs, inspectors, vendors and owner reps.

Education

Journeyman or Master Electrician license

Four years formal apprenticeship training

CPR certification
