KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing seeks an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead field crews and oversee electrical installation, repair, and service projects. This hands-on leadership role requires managing daily work, maintaining customer relationships, and guiding electricians and helpers toward safe, quality project execution.

The ideal candidate has foreman-level experience in commercial electrical installations and power distribution.

Qualifications

• Must have foreman-level experience in commercial electrical installations, power wiring, and control wiring.
• Ability to lead projects and supervise electricians and helpers.
• Capable of independent work, organizing field activities and managing a project with minimal supervision.
• Hands-on experience installing and repairing electrical equipment and control systems.
• Working knowledge of the NEC, local electrical codes, and OSHA safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid license preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead electrical projects, coordinate daily field activities from installation through completion.
• Direct electricians and helpers, assign tasks, and communicate project requirements and expectations.
• Maintain project documentation and report progress, needs, and issues to customers and stakeholders.
• Perform and oversee electrical installation, troubleshooting, and repair on electrical and control systems.
• Install and service relays, MCCs, switchgear, transformers, and power distribution centers.
• Install and service overcurrent protection, heat tracing, cables, and cable tray; determine conduit sizes.
• Support electrical retrofits, new construction, equipment replacements, installations, and service projects.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, and OSHA safety requirements.
