You will supervise daily crew activities, interpret drawings and specs, plan tasks, and coordinate with project management to keep work progressing smoothly and safely.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of related field experience and leadership abilities.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical and building codes.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specs, and scheduling practices.
• Ability to manage personnel, allocate resources, and enforce safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the crew to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
• Interpret plans, blueprints, submittals, and orders to determine methods and requirements.
• Plan, organize, and assign tasks to utilize labor, equipment, and materials effectively.
• Monitor progress, identify issues, and communicate updates to supervisors or project managers.
• Maintain records including timekeeping, material usage, and safety documentation.
• Provide hands-on training and mentorship to apprentices and journeymen.
• Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and compliant with safety requirements.
