Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years trade experience with 5 years at the Foreman level.
• OSHA 30 certification held and maintained.
• Clean, valid Florida Driver's license.
• Must be able to perform all duties required of the Foreman position.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily tasks according to priorities and plans; adjust for weather, supply, delivery, and personnel changes.
• Delegate responsibilities and projects to crew members and contractors.
• Recruit, hire, train, manage and mentor employees and contractors.
• Provide adequate resources and staffing to meet project schedules, laws, regulations, and safety needs.
• Emphasize safe use of tools, machinery and equipment; train on safety gear and procedures.
