Job summary

Comfort Systems USA, Inc. is seeking a Foreman Electrician to oversee a crew of Helpers, Apprentices, and Journeyman electricians on commercial/industrial projects in Fayetteville, GA. You will lead, train, and evaluate the crew while ensuring top-quality installation, alignment with NEC/local codes, and project timelines.

You will read schematics, develop material lists, and manage field layouts and basic troubleshooting, supporting production and budget goals with effective leadership.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial and/or industrial environments.
• Demonstrates leadership abilities with the capability to grow in this area and coach teams of five.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and schematics.
• Comfort with coordinating across trades and communicating with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers, and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure work quality meets high standards and safety guidelines.
• Develop manpower schedules for the crew and manage material lists with supervision.
• Interpret project drawings, area prints, and layouts to plan work.
• Perform field layout and sizing using Trimble equipment; troubleshoot basic circuits.
