Lead Electrical Field Technician - Electrical Services

Position Summary: The Lead Electrical Field Technician leads electrical teams on various industrial projects, working hands-on in the field. Projects include construction, manufacturing, power generation, and renewable energy sectors. Flexibility for extensive travel and working extended hours is essential. A solid understanding of industrial electrical work and familiarity with our tools and services are required.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and perform electrical installations and troubleshooting.
  2. Support industrial and construction projects, including concrete, formwork, rebar, masonry, pipefitting, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, rigging, excavation, ditching, trenching, and general labor.
  3. Monitor and communicate equipment and supply needs.
  4. Prepare T&M tickets, receipts, and related documentation.

Working Conditions:

  • Sit, talk, hear, read, write, walk, handle objects, reach, kneel, stoop, bend, squat, climb ladders, lift up to 50 pounds, work at heights, in confined spaces, indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of electrical experience and 4+ years in industrial construction preferred.
  • MSHA-WV Electrical License, Journeyman’s, or Master’s Electrical License preferred.
  • West Virginia Office of Miners’ Health, Safety & Training Certified Electrician preferred.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership and training skills.
  • Ability to coordinate and prioritize work effectively.
