Job summary

Mechanical One is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee day-to-day electrical activities on new construction residential projects in Tampa. You will enforce our SOPs to ensure a fully functional electrical system per code, maintaining quality and customer satisfaction throughout the build.

Role requires 5+ years in construction and 3+ years in supervision, with strong reading of plans, organizational skills, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in new construction residential and/or commercial construction.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to manage electrical scope from start to finish.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Must pass a drug screening.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage quality and code compliance through the job site team.
• Perform daily verification of install per design with inspections; create punch lists.
• Manage work scope, piece rate and hourly reporting.
• Timely communication of change order needs to customer.
• Provide details for production team to clarify job site needs and document activities.
• Proactively improve crew efficiency through job readiness checks.
• Effectively communicate with builder and customer representatives; attend meetings as required.
• Set expectations for quality and productivity with crews.
• Proactively ensure job site safety.
