Lenhart Electric, now part of In Charge Electric, is seeking a Lenhart Field Supervisor to oversee daily field operations in the Tampa area. You will lead electrical crews and perform hands-on work as needed.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of residential electrical construction experience, a valid driver's license, and knowledge of NEC and local codes. We offer growth within a statewide company and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of residential electrical construction experience.
• Knowledge of NEC requirements and local codes.
• Clean driving history and valid license.
• Willingness to pass pre-employment screenings (criminal, driving, drug).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor field personnel to meet quality, safety, and workmanship standards.
• Lead field crews and coordinate daily schedules.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, codes, and internal safety policies.
• Perform hands-on electrical work as needed.
• Document daily reports and job notes; maintain tools and equipment.
