McKinstry Essention, LLC in Seattle, WA is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer for a hybrid role working on diverse projects across Energy, Healthcare, Data Centers, and DER. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams from concept through completion.

The role requires a BS in electrical engineering and 8+ years of design experience, proficiency in Revit, SKM, Bluebeam, and strong communication. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering is required.
• 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering design preferred.
• Onsite construction experience welcomed.
• PE registration or EIT with path to PE is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA, IEEE, IBC codes and standards.

Responsabilidades

• Documents project correspondence, issues, decisions and directions.
• Promotes use of standardized design tools.
• Manages team workload to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Provides engineering analysis to support sales and early design efforts.
• Defines scope and design processes for supervisor review.
• Coordinates with AHJs and resolves permit questions.
• Performs design calculations and creates construction drawings.
