Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years of electronic product design experience.
• Extensive embedded system design experience.
• Experience with multiple board-level interfaces (I2C, SPI, UART, RS-232, RS-422, RS-485, CAN).
• Ability to lead technical teams and projects in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Electronic architecture development for motor controllers.
• Schematic capture and PCB layout using Altium.
• Lead technical team reviews and mentor junior engineers.
