Job summary

Blue Origin's Honeybee Robotics team in Colorado is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to lead complex test campaigns for motion control hardware used in demanding aerospace missions. You will design, develop, and maintain EGSE and test fixtures, ensuring safe, repeatable verification of flight units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
• Demonstrated 8+ years of hands-on electrical test engineering experience, preferably aerospace or precision hardware.
• Experience developing EGSE, test stands, fixtures, and GSE from concept through implementation.
• Strong knowledge of electrical test instrumentation and data acquisition systems.
• Ability to lead anomaly investigations and drive resolution.

Responsibilities

• Author, review, and approve test plans, procedures, and reports in compliance with standards and requirements.
• Serve as primary technical point of contact for test activities across teams.
• Present test campaign plans, schedules, results, and findings at reviews and milestones.
• Design, develop, and maintain EGSE to support flight hardware testing.
• Lead test development and execution for functional, performance, life, and environmental tests.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with design, systems, and quality teams.
