Job summary

Electronic Power Design, Inc. seeks an Electrical Engineer to lead design, development and implementation of electrical systems for UL-891 switchboards, MCCs, and automation projects.

You will mentor technicians and designers, develop accurate BOMs, and maintain engineering docs within ERP while ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance with UL-891, ANSI/NEMA, IEC standards. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years electrical engineering experience in power distribution/industrial controls.
• Strong knowledge of power systems and control systems.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Electrical and related design software.
• Experience creating schematics, BOMs, and engineering docs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of electrical systems for UL-891 switchboards and MCCs.
• Create and review schematics, wiring diagrams, and one-line drawings.
• Develop BOMs and maintain documentation in ERP.
• Conduct power distribution studies and fault analysis.
• Provide technical leadership to Production, QA, and Engineering.
• Support testing, commissioning, and quality assurance.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote technical excellence.
• Ensure compliance with UL-891 and industry standards.
