Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of experience or Master’s with 3+ years in electrical design and development.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading design reviews.
• Strong knowledge of electrical design standards and DFMEA/DFSS, DFM practices and product certification processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop electrical aspects of Surge Protection Devices per specifications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure standards compliance and integration.
• Drive SOPs and engineering repository structures; support DFMEA/DFSS and DFM for cost and reliability.
• Lead product certification planning, validation, and testing with NRTLs.
