Job summary

PNM (Public Service Company of New Mexico) seeks an experienced engineer to plan, schedule, and coordinate significant engineering projects. This role requires leading studies on performance, cost, and scheduling, and providing expert technical guidance to contractors and internal teams.

You will apply advanced engineering standards and work across office and field environments, including high voltage facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from ABET-accredited program with 5–7 years of experience.
• Master's Degree in Engineering is preferred.
• Professional Engineers license in NM is preferred.
• Current, valid driver's license and driving record requirements must be met.

Responsibilities

• Plans, schedules, conducts, and coordinates engineering projects of moderate to large scope.
• Leads performance, cost, and scheduling studies and evaluations.
• Provides technical direction to contractors and company personnel on complex projects.
• Represents the company's interests in engineering matters and communicates with diverse audiences.
• Develops and applies engineering standards and procedures to improve reliability and efficiency.
