Job summary

Public Service Company of New Mexico (PNM) is seeking an Engineer III to manage engineering projects and coordinate the engineering work. The candidate will perform detailed studies on performance and cost while supporting operational areas. Ideal candidates will possess leadership skills and effectively communicate engineering concepts to diverse audiences.

This full-time position requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, strong problem-solving abilities, and at least four years of relevant engineering experience. Knowledge of electrical engineering design programs is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of engineering experience, or 3 years with Fundamentals of Engineering certificate.
• Experience in high voltage environments is preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential.
