Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 2+ years leading a team of engineers; experience in design qualification or reliability.
• Strong background in hardware reliability, testing, and failure analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team focused on hardware reliability for Starlink hardware.
• Develop reliability qualification strategies for new products and mass production.
• Design and execute environmental, mechanical, electrical, RF, and system-level reliability tests.
• Automate test execution, data analysis, and reporting to improve decisions.
• Lead root-cause investigations and drive corrective actions to reduce risk.
