Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 6 years with a master’s; or 3 years with a PhD; or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Engineering design, development, installation and support of machine control and power systems for global dealer equipment.
• Project management: plan, organize and control major projects, meet cost, schedule and functionality goals.
• Consulting and communications: visit dealers, provide technical expertise, and share improvements with stakeholders.
• Maintenance of expertise: develop reference documents, attend trade shows, provide training to engineers.
• Technology development: implement ideas for technology development.
• Decision making: manage projects to meet time and budget commitments and collaborate across teams.
• Travel up to 15% domestically and internationally; willing to work extended hours as needed.
