Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead controls projects across our Nashville facilities. You will design, implement, and maintain electrical control systems for industrial applications, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

The role requires 33–66% travel, expertise in Rockwell PLCs, and strong knowledge of safety standards. A bachelor’s degree in EE and 5+ years’ experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 5+ years’ experience.
• Experience in designing and implementing electrical controls for industrial manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Rockwell PLC programming; familiarity with Mitsubishi/Siemens preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium‑to‑large controls projects across plant operations.
• Design, install, and qualify electrical control systems and automation solutions.
• Develop design packages, maintain documentation, and ensure safety compliance.
