Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum an associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is preferred.
• Experience with diagnostics and servicing complex industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair industrial retread equipment (electrical, mechanical, pneumatic).
• Train dealer personnel on operation and maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Manage plant installation and modification projects with external contractors.
• Analyze data, identify productivity constraints, and drive process improvements.
