If you’re an engineer who wants to own a product from the first sketch to the production line, this role is for you. You’ll lead the development of new electrical and electronic products, improve existing designs, and see the results of your work come to life.

This is a hands‑on role with real ownership. One day you might be creating a schematic or testing a prototype; the next, you could be solving a production challenge with manufacturing or working with a supplier to make a design ready to build at scale.

What you’ll do

• Lead electrical and electronic design from concept through production release, including schematic creation, prototyping, testing, and design iteration.
• Build and manage project timelines, budgets, and quality targets.
• Design, fabricate, and evaluate rapid and conventional prototypes for performance and reliability.
• Write product specifications, test plans, verification reports, and other technical documentation.
• Conduct feasibility studies, competitive testing, and design qualification activities.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical and electronic issues during development and after launch.
• Create Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and maintain accurate engineering records.
• Partner with manufacturing, operations, and external suppliers on tooling, assembly, and production capacity.

What you’ll bring

• A BSEE, BSET, or equivalent background.
• At least 5 years of electrical design engineering experience, ideally with consumer products.
• Strong schematic reading and design skills, plus experience with simulation, analysis, and CAD tools.
• A track record of taking products from early concept to a manufacturable design.
• An understanding of financial modeling and new product development processes.
• Creative problem- solving, sound analytical judgment, and clear communication.
