Carrier seeks an experienced Staff Electrical Engineer to lead design and integration of electrical power systems for transport refrigeration units in heavy-duty vehicles. You will oversee architecture, wiring, schematics, and validation to meet safety and regulatory standards.
The role requires deep expertise in automotive electrical architectures, power distribution, and controls, with a focus on reliability and system integration across batteries, alternators, inverters, and telematics
Formación
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 8+ years of electrical engineering experience.
- 5+ years designing automotive, commercial vehicle, or heavy-truck electrical systems.
Responsabilidades
- Lead development of Transport refrigeration electrical system architectures.
- Design low- and high-voltage power distribution systems.
- Develop wiring harnesses, power distribution modules, and control panels.
- Create electrical schematics, system diagrams, and interface documents.
- Lead electrical design activities from concept to launch.
