Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field of engineering and 9–10 years of experience or equivalent.
• FE exam preferred; professional accreditations such as LEED or similar are a plus.
• Proficiency in engineering design, codes, standards, and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepares or directs design documents, layouts, drawings, schematics and specs.
• Leads design efforts from concept to completion with multidisciplinary teams.
• Mentors designers and engineers and may supervise staff.
• Oversees project coordination, quality reviews, and client communications.
• Supports business development and maintains client relationships.
• Promotes continuous learning and adheres to Henderson's design guidelines.
