Job summary

Integrated Home Care Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee electrical construction projects from inception to completion.

You will plan, budget, schedule, procure, and ensure successful installation of electrical systems while coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Responsibilities include developing comprehensive project plans, managing budgets, maintaining schedules, enforcing quality control, and leading cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical construction estimating experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar field; combination of relevant education and experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Must be able to pass a Drug Test, Background screen and MVR.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align goals and requirements.
• Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with milestones, critical paths, and dependencies.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with electrical codes, standards, and specifications.
• Lead and supervise project teams, assign tasks, resolve conflicts, and foster collaboration.
