Job summary

Worley is seeking a Superintendent - Electrical to lead on-site electrical construction on complex industrial projects. Based at project sites, you will coordinate field operations, supervise multidisciplinary teams, and drive safety, quality, collaboration, and schedule performance.

You will manage subcontractors, equipment, and materials, integrate field administration with procurement, and ensure compliance with codes and Worley procedures while advancing sustainable delivery and operational

Qualifications

• Experience supervising electrical construction projects in industrial or large-scale settings.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, workforce planning, and resource allocation.
• Strong knowledge of electrical power distribution systems and equipment installation.
• Excellent communication and leadership for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all on-site electrical construction activities.
• Promote safety, quality, and sustainable work practices.
• Coordinate field administration, procurement, subcontractors.
• Act as primary site contact for project teams and stakeholders.
• Provide leadership to electrical supervisors and craft professionals.
• Monitor progress, evaluate performance, and implement corrective actions.
• Support integration of sustainability into project delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, project controls, and commissioning.
• Plan workforce, productivity, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and Worley procedures.
