Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale electrical construction projects in Reno and Las Vegas. You’ll oversee preconstruction through closeout, coordinating with general contractors, owners, and engineers to meet safety, quality, and schedule targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management role in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of electrical construction processes.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple project stakeholders.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Experience coordinating with general contractors, owners, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Coordinate with general contractors, owners, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, contract management, time management, and resource planning.
