Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Project Manager in the Reno/Las Vegas area to lead electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will coordinate with general contractors, owners, engineers and subcontractors to keep scopes on schedule and within budget.

You will identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and apply strong leadership to guide teams through complex, high-profile installations while upholding safety, quality, and schedule performance on every project.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years in a project management role in construction.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction processes.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Ability to manage projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Project Manager Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will be expected to lead and manage electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Your role includes coordinating with general contractors, owners, engineers, and subcontractors. You will be tasked with identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies. Your role will involve project management, construction management, budget management, contract management, time management, planning and organizing, team management, negotiation, and risk management.

Qualifications
