Job summary

Fermilab in Lead, South Dakota, seeks an Electrical Construction Manager to coordinate installation, procurement, and planning for high voltage electrical infrastructure as part of the LBNF/DUNE project. You will lead coordination with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of complex electrical packages in underground and surface facilities.

You will review design changes, develop 2D drawings, and integrate ESH&Q requirements into project documents while traveling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field; 10+ years heavy industrial/commercial experience.
• Associate degree with 15+ years heavy industrial/commercial experience.
• Experience with power infrastructure up to 15 kV and with CAD/doc management tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation, procurement, and planning for electrical infrastructure (up to 15 kV).
• Review and understand electrical, design, and construction documents for LBNF/DUNE facilities.
• Develop and review resource-loaded work schedules and write work packages for internal and external teams.
• Ensure compliance with engineering codes, QA system, and safety practices; perform field inspections.
