Job summary
Kelly Slater Wave Company seeks an Electrical Technician III to lead all electrical and automation maintenance at Surf Ranch. You will oversee 120/240V, 277/480V and 4160V systems, work with Siemens S7 PLCs via TI Portal, and coordinate with operations to ensure safe, reliable wave generation technology.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years industrial electrical and automation experience.
- Journeyman-level electrical knowledge.
- NFPA 70 / 70E knowledge.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all maintenance activities during the shift, ensuring safe and coordinated work.
- Direct and adjust maintenance work as needed based on demand and equipment condition.
- Coordinate with operations leadership to communicate system status, risks and recovery timelines.
- Lead shift turnover with review of outstanding work and safety concerns.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Verify completeness and quality of completed work orders.
